Intimate weddings have their own brand of magic: like a fancy, once in a lifetime family dinner. And we haven’t seen it done better yet. Hailey and Michael’s small affair was elegant at every turn and expertly coordinated by Bello and Blue Events. The entire day was quietly stunning and warmly sophisticated, just like the couple themselves. Cherry Creek North’s Venue 221 in Denver fit the intimate event to a T with it’s modern, cozy space. Hailey and Michael share the best of taste and it simply saturated the entire event. Hues of white lavished the space with the exception of tasteful greenery and gold accents. White translucent drapes framed the ceremony space, while ivory rose petals and arrangements of candles lined the aisle. Peonies, hydrangea, and tulips (all in white, of course) graced the only dining table necessary for the intimate group.
The couple’s vision
This gorgeous couple had a plan in mind, and an intimate wedding was the only thing that would do. “We want everyone to feel the abundance of love at this wedding. It was kept very, very small to make sure that every single person there was someone who is incredibly important in our lives as a couple. We want it to look very cozy, yet elegant and romantic.”
Intimate Weddings: The guests
With thirty guests in attendance, it was clear that each and every one had a special place in the couple’s hearts. Close family and friends gathered around the glowing couple as they said their vows, danced, and laughed. By keeping the guest list exclusive, Hailey and Michael were able to treat each of their loved ones like royalty. A five-course, plated meal greeted all at the stunning dining table. And, since a decadent plated chocolate dessert topped it all off, the two sent everyone home with cake-to-go… the final, charming touch.
